Shaft sinking winch (stage) rope
Shaft sinking projects require stage (winch) ropes for raising and lowering the working stage (Galloway). Since the winch (stage) ropes of the working platform (Galloway) are installed in combination with swivels it is necessary to use rotation resistant ropes. Additionally, the stage ropes are often used as guide ropes for the kibbles during the hoisting operation which requires the stage ropes to be wear resistant.
