TEUFELBERGER is aware that schedulable rope replacement intervals are a key factor for the profitable operation on floating platforms or drill ships. This is why we developed an online-based program for our customers that makes it possible to increase safely the rope lifetime.   The TDRC (Teufelberger Damage Ratio Calculator) combines theoretical calculations with results from inspections of discarded used ropes. This way, our customers obtain optimized future replacement intervals. As a result, they can significantly maximize the productivity of their platforms without having to make compromises in terms of safety.
