The full-locked coil guide rope from TEUFELBERER is provided with the STRESSLESS technology and excels both in drum hoists and in friction hoist installations all over the world.

 

In case of wire breakage in the outer layer, the STRESSLESS rope structure achieved by means of the STRESSLESS technology ensures that all wires remain within the rope structure, thus allowing operation to be continued safely and smoothly.

 

This steel wire rope made of wear resistant high grade materials can be individually adapted to the respective requirements to ensure that the design is optimally balanced in terms of service life, breaking load, etc.

 

The benefits of the full-locked coil guide rope with STRESSLESS technology are:

  • Big wear-resistant outer wires
  • Very low elongation
  • Closed round rope surface ensuring best guiding properties
  • Due to the STRESSLESS technology, any broken wires in the outer layer will remain within the rope structure (safe and smooth continuation of operation is possible).

  • Optimally harmonized wire dimensions to avoid pipe and arch formation inside the rope
