TEWE® R: the sustainable PP strap
The sustainable polypropylene strap TEWE® R made from 30% rPP is applicable for all conventional fully automatic strapping machines as well as hand-tools and semi-automatic machines.
Our commitment to sustainability is in our DNA and reflected in our product group TEWE® PP R. These straps are the environmentally conscious choice as they are produced with min. 30 % rPP (recycled polypropylene) while keeping all quality levels.
TEWE® R polypropylene is designed for fully automated machines as well as semi-automated ones and hand tools.
While maintaining all tight tolerances and strengths of our common TEWE® PP A straps this product group contains pre-consumer (PCR) and/or post-industrial material (PIR) with an amount of minimum 30 %. Depending on the sources, the recycled content may exceed those 30 % leading to an even higher contribution to reducing carbon emissions.
Additionally, TEUFELBERGER’s in-house spoilage is recycled and reused within this product group. While these recycling efforts aligns with TEUFELBERGER’s commitment to sustainability, it cannot be officially registered as recycling content to comply with legislations.
Sustainable straps are not necessarily black any longer. Therefore the TEWE® R product group is offering straps in various colours such as:

- Black
- Blue
