Rope around the World
For us, receiving feedback from our customers is one of the most important components in improving our products and services. We ask you to be part of these improvements and to let us know what you like, what you would improve and how you use our rope.
As a small thank you we got a so-called "Thank you Package", which we will send to the provided address at our expense. If you send us two pictures of the rope application with your appreciated feedback, you also get the chance to win one of three prizes within the "Rope around the World" raffle.

Get your Thank you Package and participate in the raffle
This Terms & Conditions are valid for the entire “Rope around the world” raffle (subsequently also named “the contest”).
The contest is organized and operated by TEUFELBERGER Seil Ges.m.b.H., Böhmerwaldstraße 20, 4600 Wels, Austria (subsequently also named “TEUFELBERGER” or “the organizer”)
By filling out all questions without uploading pictures, the participant will receive a so called “Thank you Package”. This thank you package includes one blue helmet, one polo-shirt, one multitool, one bonnet and one tape measure. The thank you package will be sent to the address stated in the form. TEUFELBERGER pays the delivery expenses for the package, however any further resulting costs are to be carried by the participant (e.g. customs). TEUFELBERGER assumes no liability if the package is lost in the mailing process.
The contest starts on 10 Oct. 2020 and ends on 30 Sep. 2021. Pictures for the contest can be submitted within the mentioned interval CET.
The first winner of the contest gets a training in Austria. The second winner of the contest gets a training at the customer site, the third winner gets an online rope training with a maximum participants (natural persons) number of five [5].
In order to be eligible participant, the age must be 18 years or older and a natural person. Only one submission per person will be accepted and qualify for the finals. Employees of TEUFELBERGER group, athletes, ambassadors and their family members are excluded from participation. Participants who make untrue statements or use automated services to participate will be automatically excluded from the contest.
The participation in the contest is only possible through the dedicated form at www.teufelberger.com and by uploaded two images within the bos “Win a price”. The contest is carried out in two steps:
1. Submission: For the participation in the contest, participants must submit their data including two images above and agree to the Terms /& Conditions.
2. Lottery: Within all participations the three winners will be chosen in a random manner.
TEUFELBERGER will announce the winner via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address stated in the form. Should the winner not respond to the e-mail within fourteen [14] days, the price shall lapse and another winner will be chosen in a random manner. This process will continue until the currently notified winner accepts the price.
The participants grant TEUFLEBERGER unlimited and eternal usage rights for their uploaded image(s), including but not limited to use on www.teufelberger.com, in advertisements, tradshow booths, catalogs, social media etc. No copyright or reference to the people in the image needs to be stated by TEUFELBERGER in every case. The participant confirms that the uploaded image is not illegal and Teufelberger cannot be held responsible for any illegal images uploaded by the participant.
Data raised through this contest are only used for the purpose of this contest unless stated differently (e.g. subscription for newsletter).
