SOLITEC® from TEUFELBERGER is one of the most durable hoist ropes in single-layer and two-layer spooling. This is because it has been geared to - and developed for - achieving a maximum number of bending cycles. Therefore, a long lifetime and ultimate flexibility are characteristics that set our SOLITEC® technology apart.
The rope can be individually adapted to your respective requirements to ensure that the design is optimally balanced in terms of wear, service life, breaking load, etc.
The benefits of our SOLITEC® hoist rope are:
- Extreme flexibility and very good bending fatigue behavior
- Perfectly round rope geometry
- Symmetrical strand distribution and permanent prevention of contact between the strands through the use of trapezoidal plastic support profiles
- Breakproof plastic compound core
- Permanently greased fiber core without leakage of grease
- Good dimensional stability under lateral pressure
- Outer strands compacted by means of the SUPERFILL® technology making the rope extremely resistant to wear and plastic deformation.
- High resistance to dynamic loads and shock loads due to the special core construction and the preformed vibration-dampening trapezoidal plastic support profiles embedded between the strands
Our SOLITEC® ropes are available in various versions depending on your requirements. Our portfolio includes bright and galvanized SOLITEC® ropes. Of course, other variants are available on request.
