The HAL temporary horizontal lifeline system from IKAR is tested and approved as personal protective equipment against falls from a height in combination with IKAR retractable type fall arresters to EN 360 or lanyards with an energy absorber to EN 355. An integrated switchable progress capture mechanism facilitates pretensioning the system. The innovative pretension indicator directly displays to the user when the correct pretensioning force has been reached.
