The ROLLUP rescue stretcher is used to evacuate injured persons from difficult-to-access areas and was specifically developed for height rescue operations. It comes rolled up in a 30 x 90 cm backpack and is deployed at the accident site. Its robust plastic shell ensures dimensional stability and a load capacity of up to 300 kg. Only slightly larger than the patient, the stretcher is also suitable for use in confined spaces and has three transverse struts that keep the pressure off the ribcage, hips, and legs. A longitudinal strut protects the spine, allowing to pull the patient across edges or uneven surfaces. No webbing passes under the stretcher. The head is protected by the bow of a plastic plate, and the feet rest securely on a robust anti-slip plastic plate. The head and foot plates can be adjusted to optimize patient positioning. The ROLLUP stretcher includes four patient straps with COBRA buckles and eight carrying handles. In its standard configuration, it comes with a rigid 6-point suspension harness with rings and a central carabiner. Upon request, it can also be fitted with the adjustable BALANCE harness that adapts the inclination angle of the stretcher as needed.
