The rackLITE rope combines high breaking strength with low weight and has been specially developed for automatic S/R-machine. It offers the same breaking strength as a steel wire rope, but with a significantly lighter weight. This reduces the number of rope changes in a high-rack warehouse to one working hour, thereby increasing the efficiency of storage and retrieval processes.

Durable and maintenance-free
The unique construction of the rackLITE rope allows it to withstand up to 1.5 million bending cycles at maximum load in accordance with EN 528. This maintenance-free technology reduces the need for regular maintenance and at the same time prevents your equipment from becoming soiled. In addition, rackLITE ensures smoother start-stop behavior than steel wire rope, which makes the operation of automatic devices for handling goods in high-bay warehouses even more reliable.

Optimum adaptation to existing and new devices
Existing devices can be easily converted to rackLITE. rackLITE fits on standard SRMs (drums and pulleys) and requires only minor preparatory work. This means you benefit from the same breaking strength as with steel wire ropes, while benefiting from a virtually infinite service life and easier and faster rope replacement.

New devices benefit from a smaller drive train and less upper dead space in the bearing. Due to the low dead weight, even smaller rope diameters are suitable for the storage and retrieval machine.
