We work closely with our community of arborist professionals to ensure our products meet real-world needs. Prototypes are sent to our dedicated ambassador group, who test them directly in the field. We host regular online meetings to discuss hands-on feedback, identify improvements, and explore ideas for future innovations. Once a year, we bring our ambassadors together for an intensive testing and development week — a unique opportunity to evaluate products side by side, share experiences, and collaboratively shape better solutions. 

All lab tests are performed under standard conditions specified in the individual product/test standard. Our Ambassadors are testing under real work conditions.

They are communicated at our homepage at the product descriptions, in the user instructions and product labels. Please read user instructions carefully. For the more complex products the compliance with standards depends on the individual configuration of the components.
