EVOLUTION TK16 PLUS was developed specifically to meet the extremely high breaking force requirements demanded of a rotation resistant high performance steel wire rope for rope grade 1960. The consistent and continuous development and improvement of our manufacturing processes have allowed us to deliver ropes with extremely small manufacturing tolerances.

Benefits of EVOLUTION TK16PLUS:

  • Highest breaking forces thanks to the optimized rope construction and manufacturing parameters
  • Highest operational safety due to high breaking forces and excellent torsional characteristics
  • Extremely resistant to external environmental influences and the ingress of dirt thanks to the PLASTFILL® impregnation resulting perfect lubrication of the rope core during the entire rope life time
  • Excellent spooling characteristics due to the rope's extremely high dimensional stability under lateral pressure, even in multilayer winding operations
  • Constantly small diameter tolerances thanks to the SUPERFILL® compaction technology; perfect spooling performance even in operations with long rope lengths
