The rotation resistant EVOLUTION TK16 PLUS is a high performance steel wire rope featuring extremely high breaking forces at rope grade 1960 N/mm2.  This makes it particularly suitable for use in the oil and gas industry.

Benefits of EVOLUTION TK16PLUS:

  • Highest breaking forces due to optimized rope construction and manufacturing parameters
  • Maximum operational safety due to highest breaking forces and excellent torsional characteristics
  • Extremely resistant to external environmental influences and the ingress of dirt thanks to the PLASTFILL® insert and the resulting perfect lubrication of the rope core
  • Excellent spooling characteristics thanks to very high dimensional stability under lateral pressure, even in multilayer spooling operations
  • Special lubrication for use with active heave compensation (AHC) systems that is ideally suited for high temperatures and extreme heights
  • Consistently tight diameter tolerances thanks to the unrivaled SUPERFILL® compaction method; perfect spooling behavior even in combination with long rope lengths
