Code of Conduct

The foundation of this commitment is the Teufelberger Code of Conduct.

It outlines the core principles for responsible and ethical conduct within the Teufelberger Group and sets clear expectations for employees as well as business partners. These principles include integrity, fair competition, the prevention of corruption and conflicts of interest, respect for human rights, safe and fair working conditions, equal treatment, environmental protection, and the confidential and secure handling of data, information, and know-how.

Teufelberger expects these principles to be upheld not only within its own organization but also throughout its collaboration with business partners. Violations of the Code of Conduct or other binding requirements are not tolerated and may result in appropriate consequences.

Whistleblowing

To report potential violations, Teufelberger provides a whistleblowing platform: Teufelberger Whistleblower Portal. In addition to the central Teufelberger whistleblowing platform, separate reporting platforms are available for Italy and Poland.

Through this platform, employees, business partners, and other reporting parties can raise concerns securely and confidentially at any time, and anonymously if desired. All reports are carefully reviewed, handled discreetly, and processed only by specifically authorized individuals. Teufelberger is committed to investigating every report and taking any necessary remedial actions while protecting the reporting person.
