Plenty has been said and written about the importance of further education and training. Even if you have heard certain statements quite often, it remains an inalterable truth that our ability to learn, our eagerness to acquire greater knowledge, and the promotion of our ability to perform are crucial for our and our children’s prosperity. Those who stand still will drop behind. This phenomenon can be found with regard to countries, regions, enterprises, and you might just happen to observe it with regard to persons around you.

And this is what we don’t want to happen in this company and to the people who work here. The course program offered at the Teufelberger Academy (TAK) is to constitute a key component in this effort. We have compiled a course program which includes long-time favorites but also features several attractive new opportunities. The program put together for the current winter/summer term builds on the experience gained in several years of Teufelberger Academy. The avid participation and positive response have confirmed us in our commitment to invest specifically in our staff’s further training and competitiveness.

By investing in education and further training, it is our intention to safeguard the company’s future while at the same time observing our responsibility to keep our staff mentally and physically fit for a longer work-life – our contribution toward maintaining their employability.
