The course program of the TEUFELBERGER Academy is restructured, striving to promote the lifelong employability and lifelong learning of its staff. Lifelong employability not only means to acquire additional professional and personal skills and knowledge, but also to stay fit − both mentally and physically. It is the aim of TEUFELBERGER's HR management and development efforts to support staff members and contribute to ensuring their well-being, both at the job and in their private lives. To stay active, TEUFELBERGER offers many opportunities for improving one's professional, mental, and physical fitness.
