Duration: 3.5 years

Focus of training: 
In today's worklife, modern work equipment such as computers, networks, printers, fax machines, and modems have become indispensable and are needed and used every day. As a fully trained IT Technician, you will be entrusted with the installation and configuration of standalone and network workplaces and with maintenance and troubleshooting.

Your main tasks include:

• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software components (commissioning, system care,  etc.)
• Work with network operating systems
• Procurement of IT systems
• Configuration and optimization of business hardware and software
• Locating, isolating, analyzing and remedying of faults and user problems

Our IT Technicians work in different locations, together with technical and IT specialists and always in close contact with users and customers.

Vocational school: 3 courses of 10 weeks each, and one 5-week course in Linz.
